The Sony MEX-XB100BT is a high power, DIN size CD receiver with Bluetooth built in. The distinguishing feature about this unit is that you can actually
run a subwoofer directly off of the head unit without needing to add an amplifier. With this setup, you would run your 4 speakers off of the front speaker leads, and then bridge the rear leads to the
subwoofer. Yes you lose the ability to fade, front to back, but you can fill in that bottom end at a much lower cost.
This unit does come with Bluetooth and has Siri Eyes Free voice command that will read your text messages and do voice to text while you are driving. The Sony MEX-XB120BT comes with a USB drive and can control your iPhone and is Sirius XM ready (tuner sold separately).
