Free Shipping on all orders over $100. Free shipping only applies only to standard ground shipping within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories and Possesion). Express shipping is available for an additional fee. If an item is not in stock and an express shipping method is selected, the items will ship via the express shipping method once it is back in stock and/or finished production.
All orders are shipped delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you were to place an order for Next Day Air on a Friday before the shipping cut off, provided the items are in stock, the package would be delivered the next business day which would be Monday. If you order AFTER the cut off time on Friday, the order would be shipped Next Day Air on Monday, and be delivered on Tuesday (provided the items are in stock)
Please keep in mind it is impossible for either the factory or us to stock every known radio option for every year and make of car. If your selection is not a stock item for either us or the factory, it will have to be SPECIAL ORDERED. Please allow up to 5 business days for Custom Autosound special order to be produced and up to 30 weeks for Antique Automobile Radio special order items. If you order other items with one special order item, we will ship the in stock items as soon as your order is placed.
Note: If you order a special order item, and choose Next Day Air or another expedited service, the item will be shipped out Next Day Air or otherwise, AFTER the production time.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card for all first time orders if the billing address is NOT a PO Box. 30 days after the first order has been shipped and received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work address provided you are using the same credit card as your first order.
We do not sell parts outside of the U.S. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept an international credit card. If you are an international customer you can utilize the following procedure, at your own risk, to order parts:
1. Place an order on ClasssicCarStereos.com
2. Ship the order to an American based freight forwarder of your choice
3. Pay for the order using Paypal
If you choose to order parts this way, we will process your order just like any other order within the United States - Please Note: this means that any back order or special order items will be shipped separate from the rest of your order- please make shipping accommodations accordingly.
Once the order is shipped to the freight forwarder, we will no longer accept any responsibility for the order. We do not have any affiliation with freight forwarders, nor can we recommend one to you. We cannot offer any insurance on the package or make any guarantee that the order will make it beyond the freight forwarder.
Returns on international orders are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay the freight on a return under any circumstances. Order at your own risk.
We CANNOT calculate nor can we estimate the transit time or cost from the freight forwarder to the customer. Once the courier's tracking number shows delivery to the freight forwarder, the safety of the package becomes the responsibility of the freight forwarder. International shipping costs, customs, import duties, taxes, etc., will all be handled by the customer or by the freight forwarder. We are also not responsible for calculating the dimensions and weight of the products being ordered.
Again, we cannot accept international credit cards. International customers must use PayPal to place an order on ClassicCarStereos.com, using the PayPal tab to check out. During the time of order, make NO mention of the international address; the website will reject the order if an international address is included.
It is MANDATORY, that all shipments will include 1 copy of the invoice regardless of the number of packages, and MUST be addressed to the customer that has paid for the product. There will not be multiple copies made, nor will the recipient's name be changed. This cannot be manipulated, omitted, or altered.
PLEASE BE ADVISED! Vehicles produced outside of the United States do not follow the same year/make/model rules as the U.S. production models. It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to know what parts fit the vehicle, regardless of its place of origin. We accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for parts that do not fit, or match your year or model vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this policy, but cannot make any exceptions. We appreciate your business.
60 Day Return Policy
You can return most unused, never installed items for 60 days from the date of receipt. Items cannot, under any condition, be returned once installed. The following situations will result in a refused return:
- Installed Items.
- Items missing parts or the original packaging material.
- Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging.
- Items damaged due to customer neglect.
How to Start a Return:
- Call Classic Car Stereos at 888-789-7297.
- Request an Return Authorization. Do not ship your return back to us until you have an RMA.
- Place a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
- Carefully package your items.
- Ship the items back to the Classic Car Stereos return address listed on the RMA. Keep your tracking information for proof of delivery.
- Returns, refunds, and store credits are usually processed within 5 days upon receiving the items back.
- We are not responsible for tracking returns shipped without an RMA.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit:
- Refunds will be given for items returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges except in cases where Classic Car Stereos shipped the incorrect item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
3rd Party Charges:
- Classic Car Stereos is not responsible for any 3rd party installation charges.
- Classic Car Stereos charges a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items except in situation where Classic Car Stereos shipped the incorrect item. Returns without a copy of the invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Received a Defective Item?
If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our technical support team at 888-789-7297. Radios must be sent back to the manufacturer to be deemed defective. Before doing this, please thoroughly review the wiring connections, specifically ground wire and installation. Additional information about warranties is included below.
All of our radios come backed by a warranty from the manufacturer. Custom Autosound radios come with a 2 year warranty while Antique Automobile Radios come with a 1 year warranty. Classic Car Stereos will extend the warranty on Antique Automobile Radios for an additional year, to 2 years.
ClassicCarStereos.com will replace an item which is TESTED & PROVEN TO BE DEFECTIVE, SHIPPED OR LABELED incorrectly, and pay the return shipping charges. **PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING ON ANY PRODUCT OR ORDER SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
ClasssicCarStereos.com is not responsible for any third party charges.
If you received the correct product and you would like to return it, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
There are no returns on special order items, no exceptions!
