JL Audio XD200/2v2 200 Watt 2 Channel Amplifier

The JL Audio XD200/2v2 two channel amplifier is compact, clean, and powerful. With up to 200 watts of RMS power, this amp is perfect for powering a pair of speakers with 75 watts of power at 4 ohms. You can bridge this amplifier to power a single, center channel speaker with 200 watts of power. If you are thinking of powering a subwoofer, the XD300/1v2 is probably a better option instead of bridging this amp. The XD200/2v2 is one of the best sounding 2 channel amps you can put in your car. Other amps might look better in the spec sheet, but when it comes to sound quality and output, there's very few that are better. The XD amplifiers offer superior sound performance and signal processing thanks to JL's advanced thermal rollback protection. This amplifier has high pass, low-pass and all-pass filters. The crossovers are set between 50 and 500 Hz at 12dB/octave. This amp requires 2 channel input and can be used with the HD-RLC to control the level. The XD amps accept both high and low levels inputs, and they have an auto-turn on feature with either audio signal or DC offset.

The JL Audio XD series amplifiers are the "Go-to" amps for those that want the best JL has to offer, but do not want to get into the HD, Slash, and VXi amplifiers due to cost or complexity reasons. When the JL reps put systems in their cars, they use the XD amps.
