The JL Audio TW3 and TW3 are the top of the line thin-line woofer offerings from JL Audio. JL uses their concentric tube technology to place the motor of the woofer close to the face, thus saving significant amount of mounting depth and air space required. The TW3 and TW5 woofers are designed to give you full sized bass response in an ultra low profile woofer. JL Audio is known for optimizing enclosure volume and output and these woofers are a testament to that. If you want to ensure you have the maximum amount of trunk space or you have a truck, look no further as these woofers and enclosures are ideal for you.

For the amplifiers in this JL Audio bass package, we offer the JX series, RD series and XD series amps. All of the amps in these kits are specifically designed for the selected enclosures. We build these packages to ensure that you get enough power, yet not too much to the point that you may blow the woofer due to too much power. Generally speaking, the more expensive the amp is, the more actual output it has, and the cleaner that sound will be. The RD500 sounds better than the JX500. The RD series and the XD series are very similar, the XD offers a smaller footprint while the RD is a newer line and has an LED clipping indicator. For the money, the JL Audio RD amps are hard to beat!
