JBL Fuse Passive Dual 8" Subwoofers

The JBL Fuse dual 8" subwoofer system is the most versatile dual subwoofer enclosure we offer. The JBL Fuse can be used as a single enclosure with two, 8" subwoofers on opposing sides, or it splits apart into two separate units that can fit under the seats of most vehicles. If you have a truck, the JBL FUSE is perfect for adding bass without taking up a ton of room. You can fit one subwoofer under the driver s seat and one under the passenger seat. If you have a car, you have the option of splitting it apart, or you can keep it together and mount it in the trunk. Each subwoofer has a single four ohm voice coil. You can wire it separately as two speakers, or you can wire it in parallel to a 2 ohm load off of the subwoofer channel of your 5 channel amplifier. The JBL Fuse comes with power terminals on the outside of each enclosure for quick and easy wiring.

The output of this enclosure or enclosures, depending on how you set it up, is pretty remarkable. Each 8" subwoofer has a passive radiator for increased output without the noise or size of a ported enclosure. With 200 watts RMS power handling, this enclosure is perfect if you are looking to fill out the bottom end with clean, tight bass response that sounds more like a home theater stereo system than a booming subwoofer that rattles you from three cars behind at a stoplight.
