Our 1963-1964 Cadillac JBL Stereo Kit includes a radio, a dash speaker, rear 6x9 speakers, an amplifier, an amplifier wiring kit, the option to add a subwoofer, and 25 feet of speaker wire. From there, we include the JBL Club series speakers for the dash speaker and the 6x9s. The dash speaker consists of two 3.5" or 4" speakers that are mounted to a single plate. That place will install in your original dash location to deliver stereo sound from a single speaker location. The Club series speakers use edge driven, silk dome tweeters for rich, smooth, warm output without being harsh. These speakers have oversized cones for better mid-bass response and they are 3 ohm speakers instead of the standard, 4 ohm speakers. This allows for more power from the included amplifier and your speakers play louder, cleaner, and with more clarity than other 4 ohm options.

Next, we get to the amplifiers for our 1963-1964 Cadillac JBL Stereo Kit. We offer both a 4 channel and a 5 channel amplifier from the JBL Club lineup. The Club 4 channel amplifier is a 400 watt RMS amplifier that puts out 100 watts per channel at 2 ohms and 75 watts a channel at 4 ohms. It is a perfect match for the Club speakers. The JBL Club 5 channel amplifier puts out 50 watts per channel at 4 ohms and it adds extra 500 watts of power for the subwoofer at 2 ohms. If you have a subwoofer, you are going to purchase a subwoofer with this package, or if you plan to add a subwoofer down the road, we recommend the 5 channel amplifier. If you don't care about a subwoofer, the 4 channel amplifier is perfect and will blow you away with the clarity and volume when compared to the standard power from your radio.

We offer the option to add a loaded subwoofer enclosure to fill in the bottom end of your music to give you true high quality, high end audio experience. Adding a subwoofer will improve the overall sound quality of your stereo system and fill in that bottom end. This isn't meant to be a subwoofer to shake the other cars at a stop light, but rather to give you that home theater quality, live music, concert like experience where you can hear and feel the kick drum and bass. The 10" Kicker Comp C is a good qualty subwoofer that will get the job done for most customers. It comes in a truck box to save room in the trunk so that you still have plenty of room for storage. The 10" Comp RT is an upgrade from the Comp C and is also a low-profile woofer. The Comp RT enclosure comes with a passive radiator for increased output but without the port noise that can come from a vented enclosure. The 12" Kicker Comp R is designed to be a SQL or sound quality woofer and is designed to give you accurate bass response at all listening levels. The Comp R will definitely perform at high volume to ensure that you still hear the bass even when driving down the highway with the windows down. That being said, it does not have to shake the ground at a stop light either. If you want it to, sure it can, but that's not what the Comp R is designed for. Finally, we offer the Kicker CompRT down-firing enclosures. These subwoofers are the same as the other CompRT enclosure, but the down-firing design gives you superior bass response, and you can throw it in your trunk, have the subwoofers fire down. The subwoofers are still protected and you can throw virtually anything and everything on top of the box and still have the full functionality of your trunk.

We include a 4 AWG amplifier wiring kit with the proper number of RCA cables for the amplifier you select nd 30 feet of 16 AWG speaker wire to power and connect your system together.
