The JBL Stage3 968M brings genuine audiophile engineering to the car audio space. It uses Harman's Plus One™ woofer design to maximize cone surface area, resulting in higher sensitivity and stronger low-frequency output. The woofer cone itself is laser-etched and infused with 10% glass fiber for deep, resonant bass, with a forged carbon fiber-style finish that shifts appearance under different lighting. A PEI balanced dome tweeter rounds out the sound with crisp, clear highs even at high volumes, while true 4-ohm technology maximizes power draw from your head unit or amplifier by compensating for system resistance. JBL also built this speaker with sustainability in mind, using post-consumer recycled plastics, PVC-free wiring, and soy-based ink packaging, all while maintaining the precision fitment needed for seamless installation across vehicle platforms.
