The Audison Prima APX690 6x9 speakers are probably our best sounding 6x9s, but they will need an amplifier to power them in order to get them to perform. With a 96 db SPL efficiency rating these speakers will definitly shine when given the necessary power. These speakers have a 40mm horn dome tweeter and are acoustically designed to incrse disspersion of the high frequency sound. If you are looking for the best 6x9's possible and you are willing to spend the money for these speakers and an amplifier to power them, the Audison Prima APX690 is probably the best choice. With 100W RMS/300W Peak rating, we recommend a Rockford Fosgate PBR400x4d or T400x4ad amp to power these speakers.
