Pair Rockford Fosgate T1S-10 Subwoofers

The Rockford Fosgate T1 Slim subwoofers are the best low profile 10 inch subwoofers you can buy. These subwoofers deliver full-size output and can handle 500 watts RMS. The T1 Slim 10 inch subwoofers outperform both the JL Audio TW3 and the Kicker Comp RT. If you want maximum performance from a 10-inch, low profile subwoofer, this is it.

Rockford Fosgate Monoblock Amplifer

We offer several different amplifier options to power the pair of T1S subwoofers. The right amplifier will depend on your budget and the amount of space you have. The more expensive amplifiers will outperform their rated output by a larger amount and deliver more actual power.

• R2-1200X1 - The R2-1200X1 is rated at 1200 watts, uses Class D circuitry and will give the subwoofers all the power they want. The dynamic rating of this amplifier at 1 ohm is 1389W x 1. The dynmaic power rating is reflective of the real world output of the amplifier while listening to music, not just testing it on a a test best. This number is closer to the true output of the amplifier.
• T750X1bd - This amplifier is very small and compact. This amp uses the same technology as full size amps, but the Rockford engineers were able to fit it into a smaller package. Although it is rated at 750W RMS, the dynamic output of this amplifier is 990W x 1 @ 1 ohm. If you are tight on space this is defiitely the way to go.
• P1000X1bd- The P1000X1bd is our "go-to" recommendation for powering a pair of T1 Slim subwoofers. This amp is rated at 1000 watts RMS at 1 ohm. The dynamic power rating is 1430W x 1. So, even though this is a "1000 Watt" amp, it actually puts out more actual power than the 1200 watts R2-1200X1. The reason for this is the internal components. The internal components of the P1000X1bd are better than those in the R2-1200X1 which is why it is able to put out more power despite being a "1000 watt amp".

4 AWG Amp Wiring Kit + Speaker Wire Included

We include both the amp wiring kit with an RCA cable and 15 feet of speaker wire to connect everything together. The amp wiring kit uses 4 AWG power and ground wire, includes a 17 foot RCA cable, remote wire and terminals. Both the amp wiring kit and the speaker wire are made from 100% oxygen-free copper. This allows for maximum output from your amplifier and subwoofers. You don't want to spend the money on high-quality, Rockford components and then go cheap on the amp and speaker wire. You will starve the amp of power and limit the output of your subwoofers

Wire the Subwoofers in Parallel to a 1 Ohm Load

The T1S2-10 subwoofers come with single, 2-ohm voice coils. You will wire them in parallel to a 1 ohm load. Please see the diagram below:
