Kicker 12" Comp C with CX400.1 400 Watt Subwoofer Kit

Our Kicker 12" CompC and CX400.1 Subwoofer Package takes the guess work out of pairing your Kicker subwoofer with a Kicker amplifier. This kit is perfect if you want to add a subwoofer to your vehicle and you either already have a box, or you plan on building a custom one yourself.

Kicker Comp C 12" Subwoofer

The Kicker Comp C 12 inch subwoofer delivers the performance you expect from a Kicker product at an affordable price point. The 12" Comp C handle 300 watts RMS and will work in both sealed and ported enclosures. The Comp C is designed to deliver affordable, accurate bass while still delivering the output you want and expect from a subwoofer. This kit includes the Comp C with dual 4 ohm voice coils which you will wire in parallel to a 2 ohm load.

Kicker CX400.1 400 Watt Mono Amp

The Kicker CX400.1 uses class D circuitry to deliver 300 watts RMS at 2 ohms. This amplifier is a perfect match for the Kicker Comp C 12 inch subwoofer and delivers full size amplifier performance in a small footprint. This amp is affordable, powerful, and an overall great value.

Amp Wiring Kit + Speaker Wire Included

We include a 4 AWG amp wiring kit and 15 feet of 12 AWG speaker wire with this subwoofer kit. Both the amp wiring kit and the speaker wire use 100% oxygen-free copper for maximum performance and output from both your amplifier and the subwoofer. You don't want to spend the money on Kicker components and then go cheap on your wire. Don't settle for copper coated aluminum junk. This kit includes the good stuff.

Wire in Parallel to a 2 Ohm Load

The Kicker Comp C 12" subwoofer has dual 4 ohm voice coils. For this setup you will wire them in parallel to a 2 ohm load and the subwoofer will receive the perfect amount of RMS power. Please see the diagram below.
