JBL 6x9 1957 Chevy Dash Speaker

Our JBL 1957 Chevy Dual Dash Mount Speaker gives you stereo sound from a single speaker. This JBL dash speaker features two, 4" speakers that are mounted to a 6x9 speaker plate that will fit in your factory speaker location. These speakers have an edge drive, silk dome tweeter that will provide smoooth, rich, warm, and well-balanced highs for accurate sound reproduction. The JBL 1957 Chevy Dual Dash Mount Speaker will work well when powered directly off of your radio and sound significantly better if you power it with an amplifier.

Since these speakers are have 3 ohm voice coils instead of 4 ohm voice coils, these speakers will play louder and cleaner than many other, comparable speakers. But, don't worry, due to the resistance in the wire, your head unit and amplifier will still operate properly and see a 4 ohm load. You just get louder, better sound quality.
